Viewer: Version 2.5.0

Improvements to Mammography CAD Findings

Mammography CAD findings have been improved:

  1. Visual Indicator: Each image now clearly shows whether it was processed by CAD, even when no findings are present.

  2. Findings Count: Mammograms now clearly displays the number of CAD findings per image and across the entire exam (e.g., “CAD Findings2/6”), even when no findings are present (e.g., “CAD Findings 0/0”)

  3. Audible Feedback for no CAD findings: When CAD is toggled on for an exam with zero findings, a subtle sound alert is triggered to inform the user.

Image and Series Deletion

Images and series can now directly be deleted through Vision:

Users with appropriate permissions, can delete with the following options:

  • Delete image

  • Delete this and following images within a series by UID

  • Delete all entire series by UID

Deleted images are removed from the viewer and series list, with the numbering updated when you re-open the exam.

Series Order Preferences

By default, exams will display series in the order they were acquired. However, users now have the option to configure series order preferences across MR, CT, PT, and NM exams:

Define the sort priority using drag-and-drop controls across primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. Organize series based on key attributes including:

  • Plane (Axial, Sagittal, or Coronal)

  • Contrast (With or Without)

  • Slice Thickness (Thinner or Thicker)

Users also have the option to display the center slice first for sagittal, coronal and/or axial plane with the central image in focus.

DICOM Overlay Font

DICOM overlay font size can be adjusted directly within the exam to improve readability on high-resolution monitors through the following:

  1. Hover over the patient name in the overlay to activate the adjustment.

  2. Left-click to increase the font size by 2 px per click (up to 30 px).

  3. Right-click to decrease the font size by 2 px per click (down to 12 px).

These preferences will be saved to the workstation.
