Better MR window/level handling​

• MR images now initialize with the window/level values taken from each of the image's DICOM headers, ensuring more clinically appropriate defaults.

Clearer mammography CAD indicators​

• When CAD is enabled, CAD findings and indicators are now shown per image, eliminating confusing “0/0” displays when markers are visible.
